Our products are delivered by Packeta Ltd. Our products are shipped worldwide. We usually need 1-2 work days to fulfill your order.

Shipping Costs

The cost of delivery depends on the amount of the order and shipping destination:

Estimated delivery time is depend on shipping destination. It can take from 2-5 work days for EU and more for non-EU countries.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-days return policy. The client (buyer) has the right to notify the Seller on email support@qtelos.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered items that the buyer is cancelling the purchase contract without having to give a reason for such a decision. The buyer has to return the items to the seller at the buyer’s own expense.

Return Of Purchased Products

Purchased items must be returned to the Seller at the buyer’s own expense within 14 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract.
If you have received the wrong or damaged items, please send a claim to support@qtelos.com with details (including photos) within 14 days of receiving the package.

When returning products, make sure to include the completed CONSUMER’S WITHDRAWAL FORM, which can be found HERE (click).

We advise you to send your parcel by registered post with a delivery note so that your claim can be resolved, even in the case of a lost parcel, on the basis of the delivery note via tracking number. You can send us the delivery note and the name of the carrier by email to:

Purchased items must be returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity, without any fault on the part of the client (buyer).

The Seller shall refund to the buyer the total purchase price paid by the buyer at the time of placing the order or the purchase price of the items that have been returned to the Seller. For returned items, the Seller shall refund the purchase price to the buyer no later than 14 days after receipt of the return of the package to the warehouse. The refund shall be made by the Seller to the personal or transaction account of the client (buyer) which the buyer indicated on the refund form.

Special Condition For Returning Food Supplements And Cosmetics

Opened and used products like food supplements and cosmetics are not eligible for returns
and refunds. MISSING ITEMS OR MISSING PACKAGE. We aim that all our products reach you in perfect condition. In case missing items or missing package does happen, please contact our support on email: support@qtelos.com within 14days so that we can arrange delivery for any missing items or package. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide all your details (first name, last name, address and telephone number) in the message so that we can easily locate your order and process your request immediately.

Only cases that meet all of the above conditions will be positively resolved.
